Our dynamic whole-body fitness is for everybody and every body which leave you feeling energised and strong.
The Studio has two light-filled, spacious rooms. The Pilates Group Reformer room features reformer machines. The Private Room is for Private class features of most of the Pilates’ apparatus. Changing room with amenities is available for you to freshen up. You are welcome to relax, feel right home and have a chat with other members while waiting for your class at The Waiting Lounge.
