Welcome to SoPilates Studio! Our classes are for everyone and every body with regardless of ages, gender and fitness strength. We provide smaller classes with personalised experience and modifications to cater for everyone’s fitness levels. You’ll be look after to in every class and we ensure you feel comfortable and enjoy the body-mind movement. If you would like to have a bit more attention before you join our group classes, you can book a private session or semi-private group to work on your confidence and technique, just contact us. Happy to help you to move better, feel better and love yourself better.
If you’re planning to attend 3 or more classes per week, we recommend the 20 Group Pack (Group Class) or 20 Private Pack (Private Class) for the best value!
Step 1: To book a class you must have an account with us and a membership with available class credits. You can create an account to purchase package either via our website Package page by clicking on Purchase. Or on our free member app, then go to the Membership button to choose from a wide selection of packages to purchase.
Step 2: You can now book your classes on the Schedule page or app up to 2 months in advance. Please note bookings are essential as spaces are limited. You can book, reschedule, cancel classes and manage your account via the Schedule page on our website or download our user-friendly free member app for on-the-go management. Bookings and cancellations are not accepted via email, phone or social media.
For Private Class, Private Group, Studio Rental please contact our Front Desk to start planning.
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waiting list for that class by clicking on the waitlist button. As soon as a spot becomes available for you, you will get an email notification that you have been booked in that class. Please remember to cancel if you cannot attend so the others can.
We have a strict 12-hours cancellation policy for all our classes. For Group Classes must be cancelled either via the Schedule on the website or the app by login in your account at least 12 hours before the start time of your scheduled class.
For Private Class and Private Group, please contact our Front Desk to cancel at least 12 hours before the start time of your scheduled class. If you do not cancel 12 hours before the start time, you will forfeit the class credit. We get it, life happens but we need to be fair to all clients. This is to ensure every member has a sufficient opportunity to book a cancelled class placement.
You can make a direct bank transfer to our account, then Email or WhatsApp us the payment receipt at [email protected] or +6011 8888 0518 and notify us the package you’d like to purchase. We also accept cash or QR payment in studio. The package will be updated once the payment is verified and you can head to book a class!

To check your class credits and the expiry date, head to the app, click on the profile icon in the top left corner and you will find all the info there. For website, click on package – login – profile – My membership.
We strongly recommend to seek professional medical advice and approval from your doctor if you are in any doubt about your ability to engage in exercise. Always make sure to inform the front desk and the instructor so that any required modifications can be made for you in class.
First of all, Congratulations! Please get all clear approval from your doctor before attending any of our classes. We recommend to begin with a private session which personalised workout to your current unique situation during your pregnancy or recovery. Please note it’s your responsibility to perform these exercises with caution and at your own risk. Most importantly, listen to your own body.
Please email your clearance to exercise from doctor or OBGYN prior to your first class.
All our classes are taught in English. If you prefer instruction in a different language, contact the front desk, we will do our best accommodate in the private class.
Please bring a bottle of water, towel, dress in light sport attires and if you have grippy socks that will be a plus! If not, grippy socks can be purchased in studio. Lastly, bring your awesome self to move better, feel better and love yourself better with us.
Totally! Changing room is available with amenities such as dry shampoo, wet and dry wipes, body spray, etc for you to get right into your day after your class. However please note that we do not have a shower.
Yes, the parking space is widely available. Please note that it is cashless parking which you’ll need your Touch & Go / Credit / Debit Card to enter. Free parking space is available next door at the McDonald which only short walking distance to studio.
Our studio is located at The Palette by Platinum Valley at Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Once you’ve arrived and parked, look for our signboard and we’re at the 1st floor. Click here for location
Be on time - Arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. You will only allow to have a grace period of late entry of 5 minutes. We will not allow entry into class after 5 minutes or more once class has started as late admittance is disruptive.
Check In - Please check in with the front desk before all classes.
Stay Present - Please ensure mobile phone is on silent mode. We practice mindful movement here to help you move better and feel better physically and mentally. We love taking photos to remember every moment however please do so before or after class and Tag Us on social media!
Mask on - We love seeing you but with the current COVID SOP by the government, wearing mask is compulsory in the studio. However, if you feel difficult to breathe during the class, you can remove it to catch a breath.
